Crafted on the Isle of Jura, where a close-knit island community has been making whisky since 1810, Jura 18 Year Old reflects a dedication to whiskies made for bringing people together. Distilled in Jura's exceptionally tall stills, it is aged for a minimum of 18 years, maturing in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before a refined finish in Bordeaux red wine barriques. Oban is one of Scotland's oldest and smallest distilleries. Founded in 1794, the West Highland port town of the same name has grown around the distillery. Oban is the one Single Malt Scotch Whisky in which the rich, complex flavours of the Highlands meet and mingle with the peaty, maritime character of the Islands. Flavours of rich fruits, smoky dryness, honeyed spice, and a whiff of sea salt distinguish this full-bodied 14 Year Old West Highland malt.

First impression of fiery peat kicks things off, naturally. But then comes a sweetness - burnt marshmallows, charred pineapple, banana and bacon. The full-on flavour of briny, oily, intense smoke hits hard but doused quickly with a spoonful of honey and lemon. And when the dust settles the smoky dying embers of toasted oak remains. Along with just a hint of fruity aftermath.

Under the watchful eye of Dalmore's Master Distiller, the spirit is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks. This is the perfect start to the maturation journey as it develops their house style of chocolate, orange and spice. This Dalmore is then fully finished in casks having held a very unique sherry, created especially for The Dalmore - a blend of classic & aged oloroso and rich & sweet Pedro Ximénez, formulated to provide the perfect enhancement to their house style. The result is a stunning and elegant Dalmore single malt, bursting with sweet fruit and decadent spice.

The Dalmore 15 year old was first launched in 2007. Matured in Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso Sherry casks, it proffers all those winter spice, orange zest and chocolate notes characteristic of Dalmore.

Matured in a combination of the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks for a minimum of 21 years, constantly watched over by the Parliament of Rooks who next at the Distillery, the outstanding whisky continues great GlenDronach tradition of offering fruit-laden intensity in its single malts.

This whisky has, unusually, been distilled using peated malted barley. The GlenDronach 'peated' pays homage to the peat historically used to dry malted barley in the traditional floor maltings. Matured in bourbon casks followed by a second period of maturation in the finest Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez Sherry casks.
